Joseph J. Slimak
Fishers, IN.– Joseph J. Slimak, 76, died March 27, 2018 at Methodist Hospital following a brief illness.
He was born in Salem, MA., on August 7, 1941 the son of John and Helen (Hudoba) Slimak.
Prior to his retirement he worked in the Insurance field.
He was predeceased by his wife of 44 years, Theresa M. (Ouellette) Slimak who died on January 21, 2011.
Family members include one son, John J. Slimak and his wife, Kimberly of Fishers, IN., one daughter, Marianne Ouellette and her husband, Michael of Manchester, four grandchildren and several extended family.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:30 am at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated following the calling hours at 11:00 am in St. Pius X Church, Candia Rd.
Committal prayers will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the New England Heart & Vascular Institute at CMC Hospital, 100 McGregor St. Manchester NH 03102.
