Therese Lauture (80) of Brockton died March 28th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center.
She was born in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti daughter of the late Hilaire and Irelise Lauture. Therese was devoted to prayer and the church. She also loved singing, shopping and her purse.
Therese is survived by a daughter Marie Nicolas of Brockton to whom she made her home with, 2 brothers, Morel Lauture of New York and Augustin Lauture of Sharon, a sister Adeline Paynen of Lynn, nieces, Michaelle, Monique, Myriame Lauture, Naomie Paul, Daphney Lauture, Taisha Bodkin, Max Nicolas, Harmony Charnel and Trinity Berry all of Brockton, Emily, Marlyne, Odette, Jozette Payne and Margory Lauture of Lynn, Mirielle, Marie Orpha and Nancy Lindor all of Washington D.C., Marie Michelle, Julienne and Chantale Elie, nephews, Eva Rice and William Payne of Lynn, Windsor Lindor of Washington D.C., Jhony and Adrien Elie, Jimmy and Gregory Lauture of Lynn, Carlos, Tony, Erole and Plylippe Lauture.
CHANGE IN PLACE OF SERVICE
Funeral Services will be held in the Brockton Tabernacle Church 696 North Main Street Saturday April 7th at 10 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Viewing 9 am prior to services.
