FALL RIVER… Israel Rios Ruiz, 52, of Fall River passed away, March 22, 2018.
He was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico a son of the late Epifanio Torres and the late Carmen Ruiz and had lived in Fall Riverfor the last 17 years.
Survivors include 5 brothers: Confesor Rodriguez, Daniel Rodriguez, and Jose Roderiguez all of Fall River, Angel Rios and Jose Rios both of Jersey City, NJ, 7 sisters: Crusita Rios of Jersey City, Eugenia Rios of Puerto Rico, Adelaida Rios of Wisconsin, Elsie Rios , Margarita Rios, and Gloria Rios all of Puerto Rico, Nereida Rodriguez of Wisconsin. Many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Tony Rodriguez and Miguel Rios.
