MARY LOU (GARMON) RIPPY, 65, passed away March 26, 2018.
She was the owner and operator of Dixie Florist for over 50 years, on the Board of Directors of Shirley’s Way, and an avid UofL fan. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her children, Jodi Davis (Jason) and Jesse Rippy; grandchildren, Jaden, Faith and Christian; her brother, Philip Garmon (Linda); and the father of her children, Jesse Rippy.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1- 8 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. on Friday.
