Laconia-----Arthur Armand Godbout, 82, passed away on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at The Taylor Community.
Arthur was born in Laconia on February 20, 1936 the son of Arthur J. and Alice M. (Lebel) Godbout. He was a lifelong resident of Laconia. Arthur was a graduate of Laconia High School class of 1954.
Arthur was a Mason for over forty years. He owned and operated Armand Godbout Masonry Contractors.
Arthur was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Laconia.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary (Robie) Godbout, of Laconia; two sons, Norman Godbout and Andre Godbout; three grandsons, Joseph, Benjamin and Peter; and a sister and brother-in-law, Therese and Antonio Drouin, of Laconia. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister, Rita Haynes.
There will be no calling hours.
A Graveside Service for family will be held at a later date in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia, NH.
