LIMINGTON - Stephen Avery Bragdon, 68, passed away on March 26, 2018 at his
home surrounded by family. He was born in Lewiston, Maine on April 6, 1949, a
son of the late William Avery and Estelle Beatrice (Hood) Bragdon.
Steve grew up in Westbrook and attended local schools. After high school, he joined
the National Guard. He worked for S.D. Warren until retiring in 2000.
Steve enjoyed playing pool, going to Beechridge, going to fairs to watch Jesse pull
his oxen and knitting hats and mittens to donate to people in need. He loved spending
time with his family.
He is predeceased by his parents and his brother Allen.
Steve is survived by his beloved wife Raychel; his children, Victoria McCallister of
Raymond, Lisa Doucette and husband Jeremy of Lyman, Jesse Brulotte and
partner Leanne of Limerick, Dan Bragdon and wife Liz of New Gloucester; brother,
John Bragdon of Rome, NY; sister-in-law Dianne; sister in law Diana Miller and her partner Brian of Hollis; brother in law Michael Miller and his wife Tracy of Limington; 6 grandchildren Emilee,
Kendra, Bethany, Brodyn, Lane and Joshua; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be on April 14, 2018 at noon at the Old Limington town hall,
at 297 Sokokis Ave in Limington, Maine, corner of Rt. 11 and 117
