Mary Helen Lee, 67, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Saturday, March 24, 2018, at Pruitt Health in Ocilla.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Monday, March 26, 2018 at Spring Hill Cemetery, Irwin County, with Elder Paul Thomas and Elder Harold Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 Monday at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Ms. Lee was born December 26, 1950, in Boaz, Alabama, to the late James Edward Powell & the late Margie Kelly Powell Davis. She was a sitter and caregiver and she enjoyed collecting things. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Rene Lee & Kevin McCain of Atlanta; a grandson, Kevin McCain, II of Atlanta; siblings: Peggy & Woody Woods of Irwin County, Lee & Vicki Powell of Clewiston, Florida, and Dixie & Ken Lott of Broxton; several nieces and nephews including Teresa Anderson of Irwin County and several great-nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Lee Powell; and a nephew, Mark Edward Joslyn.
