Karen T. O’Brien (Traut), age 69 of Canton passed away March 14th surrounded by her loving family. Born in Norwood, she was raised in Sharon and graduated from Sharon High School. She worked as an Inspector for Spears Associates in Norwood for many years. She was a nature enthusiast and enjoyed birdwatching and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion Post #24, Canton.
Beloved wife of William M. Mother of Bridget M. Parsons and her husband Scott of Stoughton and Julie A. O’Brien Wedge and her husband Mark of Stoughton. Grandmother of Jaymie O’Brien. Sister of Judy Greenfield and her husband Michael of Easton, Patricia Lesco of Sharon. Cousin of Joyce Wallen of Stoughton. Visiting hours at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Sunday from 2-5 pm. The visitation will be concluded with a prayer service at 5 pm. Burial private.
