Anne-Louise Todd, 70, of Providence passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 9th at Roger Williams Hospital. She was the widow of the late Edward O. Todd.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late James W. and Betty (Ashmun) McMahon.
She was the Administrative Assistant at St. Peter’s by-the-sea Church in Narragansett before retiring. She was also a member of the Rhode Island chapter of Cursillo and a member of the church choir for many years.
She was a devoted mother, and her absolute passion was her four grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
She is survived by her two sons Edward O. Todd II and his wife Jennifer, of Carver, MA, and Christopher Todd, of Johnston, RI, and her grandchildren: Lauren, Meghan, Christopher, and Benjamin. She was the sister of the late Patricia (McMahon) Kiernan.
Her funeral service will be held Friday at 11:00am in St. Thomas Episcopal Church, 1 Smith Ave, Greenville, RI, followed by a gathering in the parish hall after the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Episcopal Conference Center, 872 Reservoir Rd, Pascoag, RI, 02859.
