CHANGE OF FUNERAL MASS DAY DUE TO WEATHER
Kenneth J. “Kenny” Raymond age 67 of Middleboro and W. Harwich died suddenly March 6, 2018 while vacationing in Florida. He was the loving husband of Candice (Moses) Raymond for 37 years. Kenny was born and raised in Brockton a son of the late Albert and Rosalie (Wells) Raymond.
A 1969 graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School, Kenny received his bachelor’s degree from UMass Dartmouth. In 2016 he retired from Collins Sports Medicine where he had been the CFO.
In his free time, Kenny enjoyed biking, snow shoeing and tennis. He loved to travel and spend summers on the Cape where he enjoyed working around his home, biking and following the Cape Cod Baseball League. Kenny was proud to have participated in the Pan Mass Challenge in the past.
Kenny will be remembered as a patient, caring and gentle man who was fun loving and always wore a smile. He loved family gatherings and spending time with his nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews and was especially proud of the life he shared with his wife.
Ken was the brother of Kathy Lucini and her husband Al of Middleboro, John Raymond of Marion, Jeannie Kruja of W. Bridgewater and the late Ellen Raymond. He was the brother-in-law of Sandra Walsh and her husband Joseph of N. Easton and Joseph Moses and his wife Marilyn of Brockton. He also leaves many beloved nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont St (Rte. 123), Brockton on Monday 4-8pm. The funeral procession will gather at the funeral home at 9am Wednesday for a 10am Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
