Irene F. St. Laurent
Londonderry– Irene Fernand (Biron) St. Laurent, 92, died March 5, 2018 at Elliot Hospital surrounded by her family following a brief illness.
She was born in Manchester NH on September 29, 1925 the daughter of Leopold and Yvonne (Hebert) Biron.
Prior to her retirement she was a stitcher for Klev Bros. and J.F. McElwain Shoe companies.
She enjoyed cooking, playing piano, bingo, country music, yard sales and her passion was sewing for her grandchildren. Her dog “Buddy” meant the world to her. She loved spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard M. St. Laurent on February 3, 1973.
Family members include two daughters, Denise Drolet and her husband, Gerard of Londonderry, Coral Harrington and her husband, George Lemire of Londonderry, one son, Albert St. Laurent of Nashua, eight grandchildren, Brian Drolet of Manchester, Kerry (Drolet) Vasquez and her husband, Rob of Austin TX., Tammy Harrington– Greenough of Manchester, Crystal Willis and her husband Shane Willis of Tampa FL., Diana St. Laurent, Jennifer St. Laurent both of Pittsfield, Richard St. Laurent, Sandra St. Laurent, both of Pittsfield, fifteen great grandchildren, Emily and Megan Vasquez, of Round Rock, TX., Cory, Cody, Savannah, and Katie Harrington-Greenough, all of Manchester, Colin, Vanessa, Aubrey, Juliann, David Willis all of Tampa, FL., Hayley Santor of Londonderry, Jacklyn and Axel Brown, Gabriel Godbout all of Pittsfield, and one great great granddaughter, Milya Harrington of Manchester, one sister, Diane Cote of Quebec, Canada, her aunt, Donalda Lessard of Manchester and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also predeceased by a brother, Roger P. Biron Sr.
Calling hours will be on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 5 to 9 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 9, 2018 at 10 AM in St. Jude Church, Londonderry.
Committal prayers will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum.
