Laconia-----Donald Thomas Lafond, 63, of Union Avenue died at home on Saturday, March 3, 2018.
Donald was born on July 26, 1954 in Laconia the son of the late Thomas and Lucille (Cormier) Lafond.
Donald was a graduate of Laconia High School class of 1972. He was a heavy equipment mechanic for many years at Pike Industries.
Donald is survived by a brother, Robert Lafond, of Seattle, WA and a sister, Terese Veysey and her husband, Doug, of Franklin and a niece, Katherine Veysey and her husband Tom and his nephew, Daniel Veysey and his partner Elly Denault.
A Calling Hour will be held on Friday, March 9, 2018 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia NH using the Carriage House entrance. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am after the calling hour also at the Funeral Home.
Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Garfield Street, Laconia NH.
