Randy Cobb, 58, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, February 25, 2018, at his residence.
Graveside services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at the Evergreen Cemetery, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with Jeanette Young officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday morning, from 10 AM until 11 AM, at the funeral home in Fitzgerald.
Mr. Cobb was born September 10, 1959, in Ben Hill County, Georgia, to Mary Alice Davis and the late Daniel Jackson Cobb. He grew up in Palatka, Florida, and moved back to Georgia over 25 years ago. Mr. Cobb served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a farmer and worked for Davis Farms. Mr. Cobb enjoyed fishing, hunting playing darts, playing pool and cards.
He is survived by his companion, Patricia Wiggins of Fitzgerald; her children: Geri Fields & fiancé David Holley of Fitzgerald and Stephanie St. Jean of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Mason St. Jean and Michelle Fields; his mother: Mary Alice Davis of Fitzgerald; brother and sisters: Danny Michael Cobb & Cheryl of Jacksonville, Florida, Terri Webb & Don of Moultrie. Karen Chaney & Mark Hall of St. Augustine, Florida, Mark Cobb & Donna of Fitzgerald and Ricky Cobb of Fitzgerald. Several nieces and nephews along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
