Robert O. "Bobby" Ballard, 79, former Anderson resident, died February 22, 2018 at Miller's Merry Manor in Middletown, Indiana, following an extended illness.
He was born on March 3, 1938 in Anderson, the son of Robert and Mary (Little) Ballard.
Bobby enjoyed woodworking and crafting. Christmas was his favorite holiday and he collected salt and pepper shakers.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and 2 sisters and brothers-in-laws, Doris and Don Knopp and Georgia and Luther Farley.
He is survived by a niece, Nicole (husband Ted) Dorsey, great niece, Keri (husband Mike) Thomas; great-great niece Oriana Thomas, great-great nephew, Ryder Thomas.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Rozelle - Johnson Funeral Service,
officiated by Jerome Bell.
Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the funeral.
Private burial will take place at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
