Lipsey, James Fred, 66, of Louisville passed away Thursday, February 22, 2018.
Fred was a U. S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from Luckett Farley as a CAD designer and after retirement he drove the Tram for The Louisville Zoo.
Survivors include his wife, Robin Lee (Robertson) Lipsey; his mother, Abbey Lipsey; four children, Tim “Nick” Emington, Jennifer Higdon (Daniel), Erin White (Marcus) and Jessica Timmons (Ray Holland); five grandchildren; two sisters, Sheila Lipsey and Sharon McAllister.
A memorial service will be held 1:00P.M. Sunday, March 4, 2018 at The Louisville Zoo. Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. is handling the arrangements.
