Shirley (Murray) Hart, 82, of Tiverton, passed away peacefully, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at home. She was wife of the late Harold C. "Babe" Hart.
Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Albert and Irene (Smith) Murray. She was a member and volunteer at the former Central Baptist Church in Tiverton. Mrs. Hart enjoyed camping, trips to the casino and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her daughter: Deborah S. Parent and her husband Michael of Fall River; a brother: Richard Murray of Tiverton; a sister: Irene Clark of Tiverton; several nieces and nephews, including her Godson Scott with whom she shared a special bond.
She was sister of the late Edward Murray, Raymond Murray, George Murray, Albert Murray, Evelyn Walsh and Barbara LaPlante.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 11 AM.
Calling hours Tuesday 5 - 8 PM.
Interment in Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton.
