Elizabeth A. (Gallo) Willis 90, died Thursday February 22, 2018 at the Beaumont Nursing Home in Natick.
She was the beloved wife of the late Frederick Willis, Jr.
A Natick and Framingham area resident for 80 years she was born in Lawrence and she was the devoted daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Gulla) Gallo.
Mrs. Willis life was tirelessly dedicated to providing love and support to her family, her devout Catholic Faith, and commitment to numerous volunteer efforts serving the Natick community.
She was a longtime member of the Natick Democratic committee, the Natick Fourth of July Committee, The Leonard Morse Hospital Ladies Aid Committee and a Board Member of the Carnation Ball, she was Lector at both St Linus and St Patrick Parish, Member of the Ladies Sodality Society, and volunteered for many years numerous committees for the benefit of the former St Patrick Grammar School.
She is survived by her seven children, Frederick Willis III of Marblehead, Kevin Willis and his wife Kathleen of Medway, Mary Bardellini and her husband Robert of Northborough, Patrick Willis and his wife Maryilyn of AZ., Michael Willis and Joanne of Nashua NH, Daniel Willis and his wife Mia of Franklin, Joseph Willis and his wife Andrea of VA, 19 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, two great-greatgrandchildren. Two sisters Jean Vello of Waltham, Patricia Stafford of Holliston, sister-in-law Lillian Gallo of Natick and many nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Anthony Gallo, Marion Berardino, Antoinette Pizzi, and Eleanora Vultaggio.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral on Thursday, March 1, at 9:00 A.M. from the John Everett and Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St Patrick's Church at 10:00 A.M.
Visiting hours are Wednesday from 400:to 7:00 P.M.
Interment St Patrick Cemetery.
