Eula Margaret “Margie” (McDermott) Eades 86, passed away Wednesday February 21, 2018 at Signature Rockford Manor. She was a retired secretary at Eisenhower Elementary School and a member of Beechland Baptist Church. Former member of Camping Clubs : Good Sam, Kentucky Cardinals and Starlite Sams. She is preceded in death by her Husband William “Col.Bill” Eades and brother George McDermott. Survivors include her children ; Michael Eades (Gayla), Karen Bourcy (Ron), Marica Skaggs, Janet Hutchason, Donna Cowley (Richard) and John Eades. Sister Mary Agnes Goldner ,sister-in-law Sharon McDermott, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Her funeral will be 12pm Monday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial at Evergreen. Visitation will be 2pm to 8pm on Sunday. In Lieu of flowers expressions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the WHAS Crusade for Children.
