Lorraine (Millette) Levesque, 80, died unexpectedly on February 14, 2018. Lorraine lived her life in New Bedford.
She was born in New Bedford to the late Donat and Jeanne Doris (Doiron) Millette.
She is survived by three daughters, Suzanne Surber and her husband Valentin of Switzerland; Janice Becker and her husband Joe of Oregon, and Diane J. Carvalho and her husband Jose of Hawaii. Lorraine is the mother of the late Paul Levesque and is survived by his partner, Maureen Quail. She is "Mami" to Jessica, Michael, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Nicole, Andrea, Alison, Casey, and Madison. Lorraine is also great-grandmother to Noe, Malia, Cash, and Maverick. She is survived by her two brothers, Raymond Millette and Steven Korona, and was predeceased by her two sisters, Pauline Corkum and Rita Raposa. Lorraine is also survived by her nephew, William Corkum and was predeceased by her niece, Patricia Camandona. Finally, she is survived by her faithful fur companion and best friend, Stewy and was predeceased by Teddy, her long-loving, faithful fur baby.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 from 4-6 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Burial will be private.
