WORCESTER - Jane E. (Gregoire) Allaire, 70, of 163 Canterbury St. died Friday June 14 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center - Memorial Campus after a long illness.
She leaves her husband of 51 years Eugene Allaire of Worcester; three daughters Sherry E. Mitchell of Worcester, Deborah J. Fox and Dawn M. Germain both of Dudley; two sisters Rita Esposito of Springfield, VT and Irene Lahair of Worcester; 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by a brother William Gregoire. She was born in Worcester daughter of Napoleon J. and Ina (Duffany) Gregoire.
Mrs. Allaire worked for the City of Worcester's School Department for over 10 years, retiring many years ago. She was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church and the International Cake Exploration Societe The funeral will be held on Monday June 17 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.ROYFUNERAL.com) 12 Hammond Street with a mass at 10 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 51 Illinois Street. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery. Calling hours are on Sunday June 16 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home.
