Laconia-----Donald "Don" Allen Sargent, 52, of Merrimac Street died at home on Saturday, February 3, 2018.
Don was born on December 6, 1965 in Laconia the son of the late Roger and Betty (Jenot) Colburn. He was a lifelong resident of Laconia.
Don loved to work on cars, four wheeling and fishing, he was a jack of all trades, anything that needed fixing he would be there to lend a hand. He was a member of the Laconia Rod and Gun Club.
Don is survived by two sons, Charlie Wetherbee and Matthew Carr,two step sons, Richard Littlefield and Ronnie Abbott; a step daughter, Amanda Littlefield; seven grandchildren, Aaron Abbott, Samantha Hislop-Abbott, Matthew Littlefield, Jade Littlefield, Ryver Littlefield, Henry Abbott and Cam Abbott; brothers, Mark Monsante and Dean Monsante; sisters, Beverly Leet, of Laconia and Tracy Thibault, of TN; several nephews and nieces and his companion, Tammy Stitt. In addition to his parents he is predeceased by a brother, Chuck Colburn and a sister, Ruby Hickey.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 4:00pm - 8:00pm at the Leavitt Park Club House, 334 Elm Street, Laconia NH.
