FALL RIVER – Ronald T. Cabral, age 59 of Fall River, passed away at home on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Gil T. & Olive P. (Moniz) Cabral. Ron was the longtime companion to Deborah Maxwell for 18 yrs.
Ron worked at the Gabriel House of Fall River in Maintenance doing electrical & carpentry work. He loved sailing, racing cars, building model cars, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Ron is also survived by his two sisters: Deborah A. Almeida (fiancé Francis Massad) of Somerset and Vivian A. Cookson (husband Wayne) of Somerset; nieces & nephews: Wayne S. Cookson, Kevin J. Cookson, Douglas E. Cookson, Stephanie L. Sutherland, Nathan T. Cabral, and Sean T. Cabral; many great nieces & nephews. He was also the brother of the late Kenneth T. Cabral & Stephen T. Cabral.
Ron’s wake will take place in the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St. Fall River on Friday, Feb. 16th from 4-8 P.M. with a service here at 8:00 P.M.
