Michael A. Martin, 68, of Taunton, MA entered into rest February 3, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Frank W. Martin and the late Margaret A. (Dunse) Martin. Michael is a US Veteran whom honorably served his country in the US Navy. He was also a big sports fan, especially our New England teams. Michael also loved spending time with friends, along with being an avid reader. Michael is survived by one son, Michael Martin of CA, and a beautiful grandson Joseph. He shared his life with his long-life girlfriend, Gloria (Kozikowski) Araujo. She was the love of his life. He was very happy of the relationships he shared with Gloria’s children; Andre Araujo, his wife Katy, and their daughters Evelyn and Juliana, and Jamie (Araujo) Guilmette, her husband Adam, and their children Aaron and Allison. Michael also leaves behind many siblings; sisters Cheryl Donovan of Swansea, Pamela DeCotret of FL and the late Maureen Martin, and two brothers Frank and Chris of Fall River, David and Carl of New Bedford, Terrance of Portsmouth, RI, and the late Paul Martin, as well as many nieces and nephews.
