William Carmen Gullifa of East Boston died on Wednesday, February 7, at Massachusetts General Hospital. Born and raised in East Boston, he was the son of the late Ludorico and Grace (Babara) Gullifa. William lived for many years in Florida.
William was the beloved husband of Judith Zermani and the devoted father of Doreen Decrescito and Billy Gullifa of Hallandale, Florida. He was the step-father of Edwin Mahoney of Revere and the late Kevin Mahoney, and the loving grandfather of Kylee and Kevin Mahoney of Medford. William was the brother of Anna DePalma of East Boston and the late Josephine "Dolly" DellaCroce, and is also survived by daughter-in-law Ingrid Mahoney of Medford, and many loving nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be conducted in the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Saturday, February 17 at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family from 9 through 11 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
