James Flint (71) of Rockland died February 6th in South Shore Hospital, Weymouth. He was the loving husband of Gerri (Conway) Flint.
He was born in Brockton son of the late Richard Flint and Margaret (Grover) Wolffe. James worked as an mechanic for most of his life. He loved fishing, camping, trains, demolition derby's and working on cars.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters, Tina Flint of Brockton and Abby Shaw of New Bedford, 2 brothers, Richard Flint of West Virginia and Donald Wolffe of Canton, 4 sisters, Arlene Colp of Stoughton, Marianne Taylor of Canton, Margaret Manning of Berkley and Donna Wolffe of Lakeville, 12 grandchildren including his PCA Ryan Flint , 4 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, his best friend David Haskell of Brockton, (father of the late James and George Flint, Holly Flint), (brother of the late Patty Wolffe Bonito and Paul Wolffe) and also his beloved 4 cats.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Monday February 12th from 6-8 pm. Cremation to follow.
