John A. “Jack” McLaughlin
Formerly of Tewksbury
TEWKSBURY: John A. “Jack” McLaughlin, age 69, of Palm City Florida, formerly of Tewksbury MA, passed away on January 31, 2018.
Born on December 12, 1948, he was the son of the late John A. and June (Nazzaro) McLaughlin.
Jack was raised in Tewksbury, attended Tewksbury schools and graduated from Tewksbury Memorial High School in 1968.
Following high school, Jack enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served during the Vietnam War. He was a very proud veteran who loved his country.
He loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping with his family.
Jack also loved a good cigar, to golf, and restore old cars. He took much pride in his 1960's model Corvette that he restored himself.
He is survived by his wife Sheila McLaughlin, his loving daughter, Mara E. McLaughlin and her husband James; two grandchildren Domenique and Mason McLaughlin all of Morristown TN; his brother Neil McLaughlin of Old Orchard Beach, Maine; his sister Katie Donovan and her husband Alfred of Tewksbury; also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
Jack was the brother of the late June C McLaughlin, Ellen McLaughlin and Michael McLaughlin, and uncle of the late Ryan J Donovan.
