Irene Aurora (Lague) Reid, 91, of Reno, Nevada died peacefully at her home on Thursday, February 1, 2018. She was the beloved wife of 64 years to Kenneth A. Reid who died in 2011.
Born in Milford on October 23, 1926 she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Clara F. (Verrieur) Lague.
Mrs. Reid was a resident of Reno for the past five years and had formerly resided in Bellingham She grew up in Holliston and graduated from Holliston High School.
Mrs. Reid worked as an inventory control specialist for Tupperware Corp. for many years until her retirement.
She was an avid reader and had been a very active parishioner at St. Blaise Church in Bellingham.
She is survived by her daughter Dianne R. Reid-Angelo of Reno, two sons Kenneth A. Reid, Jr. of Boones Mill, Virginia and Dwight R. Reid of Rio Rancho, New Mexico, three grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
She was the sister of the late Raymond and Wilfred Lague.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Monday, February 12 at 10 a.m. in the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com). Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway.
