Pauline LaBonte
Manchester– Pauline LaBonte, 95, died January 27, 2018 at Hackett Hill Nursing Home. She was born in Montreal, PQ, Canada on September 29, 1922, the daughter of Armand and Albina (Castonguay) Lymburner. Her family settled in Gorham N.H. where she met her devoted husband, Robert E. LaBonte. They were married on Oct. 2, 1946 in Holy Family Church and their son Robert E. LaBonte Jr. was born there. The family lived for a time in New York City, Chicago and Sacramento while pursuing various career opportunities before retiring to Manchester. Pauline enjoyed playing Bingo with friends, and knitting and crocheting. She generously shared her handiwork with friends and acquaintances. She was predeceased by her husband, her son and her beloved grandson, Brian LaBonte. She leaves behind her faithful, kindhearted friends, Diane and Carmen McInnis, and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will take place at a later date in Lary Cemetery, Gorham.
