Sheila Walker, 57, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Irwin County Hospital in Ocilla, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held, 11 AM, Thursday, February 8, 2018, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Ocilla, with the Rev. George Carroll Paulk officiating. Interment will follow in the Riverbend Cemetery, in Irwin County. The family will receive friends Thursday, from 10 AM until 11AM, at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Ms. Walker was born August 12, 1960, in Hawkinsville, Georgia, to the late Howard & Doris Horne Walker. She moved to Ocilla 32 years ago from Hawkinsville. Ms. Walker loved classic rock-n-roll, drawing, painting, crafting bead necklaces and watching the Food Network. She will be missed by her friends at the Sunny Dale Training Center, in Ocilla, where she attended.
She is survived by her sister, Jenny & Jerome Roberts of Ocilla and a brother, James Walker of Texas. Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Walker.
