Carmen Rosario, 84, of Hartford passed away at Hartford Hospital on Friday February 2, 2018. She is the mother of George, Carlos and Evelin Rosario all of Hartford. She also leaves behind her grandchildren and other family members.
Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 11 to 12 noon in the chapel of Hartford Community Funeral Home. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 12:15 for a burial in Mt Saint Benedict Cemetery in Bloomfield.
