GORHAM- Lindsay Ann Tower, age 64, passed away on February 1, 2018, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Melrose, Massachusetts on November 25, 1953, daughter of the late Willard Dana Jr. and Jean (Kelliher) Bartlett..
Following graduation from Reading High School, Lindsay worked in the culinary industry earning an A.S. degree from Brookline College, MA. She went on to attend the NH Vocational Technical College in Claremont, NH, earning an A.S, degree and became certified in as a occupational therapy assistant where she enjoyed working in elementary schools and nursing homes..
In November 1988, she married David Tower of Wolfeboro, NH where the couple lived for many years. Lindsay enjoyed sewing and many different crafts.; donating many items that she made to local charities.
Lindsay is survived by her beloved husband- David Tower; her stepchildren- Kristin Tower of Wolfeboro, NH; Sarah Burhop and her husband James Jr. of Norfolk, VA; and two grandchildren- Sasch and Gracyn.
No calling hours are planned. Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road, Buxton is handling the arrangements.
A private service will be held in the Spring at the Lakeview Cemetery, Wolfeboro, NH.
