Elizabeth "Liz" Marian Davis, 95, life time Anderson resident, passed away on January 29, 2018 at Community Hospital.
Liz was born on May 8, 1922 in Anderson, the daughter of Fred and Rebecca (Tolbert) Stanley. She was a 1940 graduate of Anderson High School.
Liz enjoyed wintering for over 30 years in Okeechobee, Florida. She was a member of the Columbia Rebekah Lodge and Women of the Moose #285.
She is survived by her son, Charles F. "Chuck" Davis of Okeechobee, FL, her daughter-in-law, Barbara Davis of Anderson, two grandchildren; Charles (Adria) Davis and Debbie Vasquez; three great grandchildren, Zoraya and Carlos Vasquez and Charles F. Davis II; a great-great-grandchild, Cain.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles James Davis, a son, Daniel L. Davis, five sisters and a brother
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
