Carol A. (Thomas) Rosebach loving wife, mother and grandmother of East Bridgewater, died on February 1st at home with her family.
Born in Brookline, Massachusetts in 1936, she was the second daughter of Matthew and Agnus (Willender) Thomas.
She graduated from Brookline High School, spent many years in retail, home health care, technical machinist and homemaker for her family.
Carol loved to read and solve jumbles from the newspaper. She also crafted many wonderful quilts and enjoyed spending time with friends and loved ones.
She was the wife of Richard W. Rosebach for 51 years, sister to Donald Thomas of North Weymouth, sister to the late Barbara Maher of Stoughton and the late James Thomas of Stoughton. Carol leaves behind one daughter, Amy Simon and son-in-law Michael Simon of East Bridgewater, as well as her two beloved grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services to be held Tuesday February 6 at 9:15 AM from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM in the Holy Ghost Church, 518 Washington Street, Whitman. Burial will follow in the Northville Cemetery, East Bridgewater. Visiting hours will be held Monday February 5 from 4:00-8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, 473 South Street West, Unit #13, Raynham, MA 02767.
