James L. Gardner, 84, passed away January 29, 2018.
He was an Army veteran of Korea, member of St. Mark Episcopal Church, retired electrician with the Electrical Union 369, a 52 year member of AA .
James was preceded in death by his wife Catherine E. Gardner.
He is survived by his daughter Cheryl Price (Terry); and step-son, Robert Simons; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 11:00 A.M. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway; with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Friday at 2:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
