Tamara Monroe (Lipin), age 61, of Quincy, formerly of St. Petersburg, Russia, died on January 26, 2018. Mother of Aleksandra Moriconi of Quincy. Panyheda Services will be held at the Holy Epiphany Russian Orthodox Church 963 South St. Roslindale on Wednesday January 31 at 7 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the Church on Thursday February 1 at 10 AM. Interment will follow at the Gardens Cemetery, West Roxbury.
