RAINIER, OREGON – Sharlene Marie LaCerte, 60, of Rainier, OR, passed away on January 10, 2018 at the Community Home & Hospice in Longview, WA.
She leaves 2 sons, Josh and Jessee Blackwood of Clatskanie, Oregon; a daughter, Justice Hamilton and her husband Steven of Longview, WA; her parents, Peter and Shirley (Nowicki) LaCerte of Webster, MA; 2 sisters, Doreen LaCerte of New Mexico and Kelly Tiffany and her husband Russell of Connecticut; a brother, Scott LaCerte of Connecticut; 8 grandchildren, Dylan, Ben, Hattie, Presley, Jackson, Henry, Brenden and Johnny; and numerous nieces, nephews and loving friends.
She was born in Webster, MA on January 4, 1958 and lived in the area during her youth. Sharlene enjoyed gardening, traveling, going to concerts and taking pictures. Most of all she loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and visiting family.
Services will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Dudley, at a future date. There are no calling hours. Donations in her name may be made to UMass/Memorial Cancer Center, 333 South St., Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Local arrangements are under the direction of Sitkowski & Malboeuf Funeral Home, 340 School St., Webster.
