Laconia--- Veronica Bouley, 97, of 406 Court Street, died Thursday January 25, 2018 at the St. Francis Rehabilitation Center.
Veronica was born March 10, 1920 in Laconia, the daughter of the late Lucien and Emma (Duval) Bouley. She was a graduate of the Sacred Heart School and the Laconia High School Class of 1939. Following high school Veronica worked at the Belknap Registry of Deeds and then worked as a secretary for Dr. Brassard for over 50 years.
Veronica was involved with the Swift Water Girl Scouts , she was a scout leader for over fifty five years and received numerous awards. Veronica also was on the board of directors and a secretary for the Laconia Girls Corporation (Camp Wincheblo in Gilford). She was also a communicant of Sacred Heart Church and a very involved member within the parish.
Veronica is survived by a brother Lucien Bouley. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by a brother, Roger Bouley.
A calling hour will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 10:00am to 11:00am at St.Andre Bessette Parish- Sacred Heart Church 291 Union Ave Laconia, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow immediately also at the church.
Burial will follow in the family plot in Sacred Heart Cemetery Garfield Street Laconia, NH
