Ruth LaRochelle, 86, formerly of Harris Ave. Woonsocket died Monday January 22, 2018 at The Ballou Home.
Born in Woonsocket she was a daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Rose (Leclerc) LaRochelle. She was a lifelong resident of the city.
Ruth was employed as an office administrator at the offices of Zimmerman, Rokszkowski and Brenner for over 40 years until she retired in 1993.
She was a communicant of Precious Blood Parish and a member of the Quota Club.
Ruth is survived by her cousin Raymond LaRochelle and his family and also her caregivers the Gariepy family.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:00 am in Precious Blood Church, Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. Burial will follow in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery, Bellingham. Visiting hours are Friday morning from 8:30-9:30 am, prior to Mass, in the Menard-Lacouture Funeral Home 127 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Precious Blood Parish 94 Carrington Ave. Woonsocket, RI. 02895.
