Alexander Burgos-Nieves (33) of Brockton died January 20th in the Good Samaritan Medical Center. He was the loving companion of Dianna Lima.
He was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico son of Maria Nieves of Puerto Rico and the late Simon Burgos-Rivera and was a communicant of St. Patrick Church. Alexander was a carpenter and painter. He loved to spend time with family and friends and also made them laugh. He enjoyed riding motorcycles watching football and basketball, listening to music and tending to his cats.
In addition to his mother and loving girlfriend he is survived by 3 brothers, Jose Burgos of Florida, Alfredo Burgos of Pennsylvania, Simon Burgos of Puerto Rico, (also brother of the late Angel Burgos), 5 sisters, Carmen and Norma Burgos both of Puerto Rico, Maria Burgos of Holyoke, Elizabeth Burgos of Pennsylvania and Yahaira Burgos of Texas, many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel 238 Court Street Brockton Monday January 29th at 11 am. Burial will follow in Melrose Cemetery. Visitation from 8 am prior to services.
