JOHN F. "FRED" NOLAN, JR.
JOHN F. "FRED" NOLAN, JR., age 54, died Saturday Oct 29, 2005 at Emerald Healthcare Center in Norwood, MA following a long illness. Born in Boston, John was educated in Boston and attended the University of Massachusetts. He was a self employed carpenter. John was veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Nol;an is survived by his daughter, Tracy Holt of west Roxbury, his father, John F. "Fred" Nolan and his wife Joanne of Dorchester, his mother, Emma Grogan and her late husband Larry of Charlestown. He was the brother of Diane & Al Moulton of Bellingham, Stephen M. Nolan and Patricia Kempton of Whitman, Marianne E. & Paul Tiberi of Randolph, Cathy & Steve Hall of Quincy and Jay & Jeanne Nolan of Weymouth. Her was also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday Nov. 2 at 10 A.M. in St. Ann's Church, Neponset, Neponset Ave., Dorchester, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be at the O'Donnell & Mulry Funeral Home 138 Neponset Ave., Dorchester on Tuesday from 5 - 8 P.M. Interment will follow the Funeral Mass at Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth, MA. Donations in John's memory may be made to The New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108.
