Mrs. Gian Kaur, 68, of Tifton passed away December 25, 2017, in India. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 27, 2018, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Tim Henry officiating. Mrs. Kaur will be laid to rest at First Baptist Church of Ty Ty Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 27, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Wade Williamson, Andy Thompson, Jerri Macri, Ricky Manders, Joe Chance and Derel Bridges will serve as pallbearers.
Born April 10, 1949 in India, Mrs. Kaur was the daughter of the late Bhagat Singh and Bant Kaur. She was also preceded in death by one sister, Kulwarn Kaur.
Mrs. Kaur is survived by her husband, Tarlochan Singh of Tifton; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ajitpal “Joe” and Bobbie Singh and Jagatpal “Pali” and Meenu Singh, all of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Sarabjit Kaur and Rajbinder Kumar of Italy; grandsons, Sunny Singh of Italy and Raj Singh and Arjun Singh, both of Tifton; granddaughters, Tammana Kaur of Italy and Ava Singh of Tifton; one brother and sister-in-law, Phulwinder Singh and Surjeet Kaur of the United Kingdom; one sister and brother-in-law, Manjit Kaur and Chaman Singh of the United Kingdom; and several nieces and nephews.
