Saco, Maine- Helen L. Bentley of Saco, Maine passed away Jan.3, 2018 at
Gosnell House. She was born in Portland, Maine on Aug. 6, 1945. She was the
daughter of predeceased John Tweedie, surviving mother, Martha Tweedie. She
was the sister of 2 predeceased brothers, Maurice and Albert Tweedie. Surviving
sister, Nancy and her husband, John Lynds, and brother Roger and Cheri Tweedie.
Helen, mother of 7 children, Laurie Roach, predeceased son, Ronald Sellick, surviving
Nelson Sellick, Tim Sellick, Allen Sellick, predeceased son Bruce Sellick, surviving
Gordon Sellick. She has surviving daughter-in-laws, Jami Sellick, Lesli Rudge,
Becky Seay.
Helen has 7 grandchildren, Tonya, Sarah, Ashley, Tori, Zack, Steele, and Storie.
4 great grandchildren, Carter, Kingston, Trinity and Lily.
Helen loved unicorns, collected many of them. She loved her family with all her heart.
She loved going to community suppers, where she also had alot of friends. She also
had a lot of friends where she lived at 55 Storer street in Saco.
For all family and friends that kept in touch with mom, and family, holding us up in prayer,
thank you so much.
A celebration of life gathering will be held on Thursday Jan. 11, from 4 – 6 PM at the community room at 55 Storer St., 3rd floor in Saco.
