Irene (Karklin) Attridge, 76, a resident of Dover since 1965, died Tues. Oct. 25, 2005 at the Stanley Tippett Hospice House in Needham.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, she volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was a Fence Watcher in Dover. She was active in her late husband’s reunions at MIT and his work as a selectman for the Town of Dover. She enjoyed playing the piano, ceramics and gardening.
Wife of the late Walter S. Attridge she is survived by her sons Alan Attridge of La Joya CA, and David Attridge of Westwood, 4 grandchildren and a great granddaughter. She was the sister of the late Andrew Karklin.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Sun Oct. 30 from 3-6 PM. Funeral and interment services will be private.
