In Fall River, Richard Mangels Jr. December 31, 2017 Passed away unexpectedly at the age of 33 in Charlton Memorial Hospital. Richard was born in Concord, the son of Richard Sr. & Donna (Fortin) Mangels of Fall River. He resided in Boston and was formerly of Berkley. Richard was employed as a painter. He was an avid Boston sports fan and enjoyed the outdoors, doing art work and being with his family. He is survived by his son Cameron Mangels-Purrier of Plainville, his siblings Ashleigh Haslam and her husband Michael of Raynham and their daughters Ava and Layla,Katelyn Mangels and her son Brayden of Fall River. He also leaves his grandparents, Richard & Eileen Mangels of Bethpage, NY and the late Joseph & Yvette Fortin of Fall River. Relatives and friends are invited to visiting hours on Saturday, January 6th from 2-4 pm. with a funeral home service at 4pm. in the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St. Taunton, MA 02780. Burial will be private at the request of the family.
