Wm. Chester Morris, 91, passed away December 30,2017.
He was a member of Shively Baptist Church and Plumb Masonic Lodge # 862 and had been President of Old Carter Corporation.
Chester is survived by his wife of 66 years Lucille L. (Pike) Morris and children William “Barry” Morris (Glenda) and Phyllis M. Moss; three grandchildren Augusta(Curtis), William (Tab) and Kathleen; great grandchildren J.R., Gavin, and Ciara, and friend Patty.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 1 P.M. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway with private burial in Cave Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Tuesday at 11 A.M until 1 P.M. funeral time.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Crusade for Children or Humane Society.
