WORCESTER-Juan Pacheco, 85, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 at the St. Francis Home with his loving family by his side.
He was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, son of the late Cristobal Pacheco and Maltina Amador and he was also predeceased by three brothers and a sister. Mr. Pacheco was a minister in Pentecostal Church community here in Worcester.
He is survived by his wife, Monserrate Colon, ten children; Nancy Acuna, Anail Lavergne, Juan Pacheco, Jr., Sally Figueroa, Betty Pacheco, Regalada Pacheco, Joel Pacheco, Obed Pacheco, Arpa Pacheco and Benjamin Pacheco, 31 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren. He also leaves a brother, Daniel Pacheco and a sister, Maria Lopez.
Visiting Hours will be held on Thursday, January 4th from 5:30 pm until 9:00 pm at CALLAHAN FAY & CASWELL Funeral Home, 61 Myrtle Street. Mr. Pacheco’s Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 5th at the funeral home immediately followed by burial at Hope Cemetery.
