Mary Ann Imler

Mary Ann (East) Imler. 83, of Anderson, died Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Miller's Merry Manor in Chesterfield, following an extended illness.
She was born on September 4, 1934 in Anderson, the daughter of Elmer and Ann (Simmonds) East. She was employed by the Frances Smith Shop in Edgewood for many years and was a member of Park Place Church of God. Mary Ann enjoyed family gatherings, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband Richard Imler of Anderson, 3 step children; Steve (Dianne) Imler of Carmel, Janet (Mike) Withers of Anderson, and Mark (Francy) Imler of Sugar Land , TX; 6 step grandchildren; Natalie (Brian) Young, Ryan Imler, Nicholas Withers, Jonathan (Caity) Withers, Liana Depew, Ray Don Depew; 2 step great grandchildren; Seth Young and Alexis Imler; brother, Tim East, former sister-in-law, Chris East, nieces and nephews, Jeff (Connie) McKay, Mike (Linda) McKay, Erin East and Matt (Rachel) East.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister and brother-in-law, Judy (Lloyd) McKay.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Rozelle Johnson Funeral Service officiated by Pastor Don Collins. Private burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation with take place at the funeral home beginning at noon on Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be given to Park Place Church of God or Park Place Church of God Food Pantry.
