Patricia Ann "Pat" Chapman, 87, of Jeffersontown, passed away December 24, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Josephine Brown and Frank Bauer, two brothers, Frank and Joe Bauer, and her husband, Edward “Jay” Chapman.
Survivors include her children; Debby Scherer (Tony), Sandy Bauer (Steve), Linda Anderson (Bob), Danny Chapman, and Terry Reynolds (Robin), 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A special thank you to her caregiver Shaunna Hartnett.
There will be a prayer vigil at 4pm Thursday, with visitation to follow until 8pm at Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. A mass will be held Friday at 10am at Church of the Ascension, 4600 Lynnbrook Drive, with private burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “St. Joseph Children’s Home” or “The Healing Place".
