Jeri Lyn Swain Tremblay, 47, of Altamonte Springs, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, after fighting cancer for four years and seven months. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 1, 2018 in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Michael Slaven officiating. Mrs. Tremblay will be laid to rest at Salem Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday, January 1, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Nick Hodnett, Wesley Hodnett, Rick Hodnett, Timothy Hodnett, Jonathan Hodnett and Zack Hodnett will serve as pallbearers.
Jeri Lyn was born Jeri Swain in Bradenton, Florida on September 24, 1970 to Jerry and Bonnie Swain. Jeri and her older brother, Robert, grew up in Bradenton, Florida. In 1990, Jeri went to the University of Central Florida and graduated with a Bachelor's in Finance. At UCF, she met Jim Tremblay and, in 1996, they were married. In 2009, their only child, Kevin Tremblay, was born. She worked at Charles Schwab in Maitland, Florida from 1999 to 2017.
Jeri is survived by her husband of 21 years, Jim Tremblay; her son, Kevin Tremblay; her parents, Jerry Swain and Bonnie Swain of Tifton; her brother, Robert Swain of San Diego, California; and her mother-in-law, Elizabeth Loudenslager of Tifton.
Jeri loved traveling, taking cruises, gardening and everything British, including her sense of humor.
