O’Donnell, Paula J. (Duff), age 63, passed away peacefully in her family’s company on Monday, December 18, 2017. Paula grew up in Dorchester “OFD” and was a longtime resident of Weymouth. She was a graduate of St. Gregory High School in Dorchester, and had worked for the past 23 years for The Weymouth Club. An avid reader she had thoroughly enjoyed her trips to Aruba with her husband. Paula had a warm smile and welcoming words for everyone. The beloved wife of Stephen J. O’Donnell, she was the devoted mother of Lauren A. O’Donnell and her husband Steve Lacey of Brockton and the late Ryan P. O’Donnell. The dear daughter of Irene Duff of Dorchester and the late Arthur Duff, she is survived by her daughter-in-law, Leeanne O’Donnell of Hingham and her grandson, Colin E. O’Donnell. Paula was the loving sister of Nancy Zuray of Weymouth, William Duff and his wife Mary Lou, John Duff and his wife Melissa Wender, all of Dorchester, Thomas Duff & his wife Maureen of Dedham and Daniel Duff and his wife Lisa of Hingham. She is also survived by many caring nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Church, Dorchester, Saturday morning, December 23rd at 10am. Visiting hours will be held at the Alfred D. Thomas Funeral Home, 326 Granite Ave., Milton, Friday, December 22nd, from 4 to 8 PM. Interment is private.
